What does compelling mean?
Here at the Homiletic Help Center we believe that God compels. If preaching is not God-focused, then it cannot be compelling. We also believe that in this day and time, compelling biblical preaching is of the utmost importance. We live in a world where people seek the good without God. We live in a world where people would rather gain it and lose their soul. Compelling biblical preaching can shift those thoughts. God compels, and we as preachers, must follow.
